Managing Partner and Founder
Founder of Sierra Legal Advocates in 2023 after serving as a founding and senior partner at Fornah-Sesay, Cummings, Showers & Co. His practice spans civil and commercial litigation, complex debt recovery, corporate and tax matters, shipping and admiralty, contract negotiation and drafting, and high-value disputes. He is widely recognized for strategic judgment, negotiation strength, and cross-sector legal leadership.
Cecil Charles Thompson
Senior Associate
Advises on corporate, commercial, and civil matters, with litigation focus in arbitration, land and property, family and probate, debt recovery, and employment disputes. His experience includes corporate finance, secured transactions, share transfers, M&A support, and legal due diligence for projects in mining, renewable energy, and agriculture.
James Bockarie Adu
Senior Associate and Kenema Branch Manager
Leads the Kenema branch and focuses on civil and commercial litigation, with significant mining law and regulatory compliance experience. He represents national and multinational clients at trial and appellate levels and supports clients across Kenema, Bo, Kono, and Kailahun through a regional legal team.
Zainab Dayeck
Senior Associate
Handles civil and commercial matters with particular focus on tax, property, contract, employment, and company law. Her work includes tax advisory, tax planning, structured finance, reorganizations, investment transactions, and pragmatic compliance support for domestic and cross-border matters.
